Have you ever had an application where you need to add one servo axis to a machine, but your cabinet space is limited? Well, we have a solution. AMCI's integrated motor product families provide a complete solution by incorporating the motor, drive, & controller into a compact single package that offers the simplest installation possible.
AMCI offers two Servo solutions with an integrated Motor, Drive and Controller that seamlessly integrates into a Rockwell Automation control system. The SV160E2 and the SV400E2 Ethernet integrated servo products can add Servo performance to your system without having a CIP motion processor.
The SV Servo is powered by a nominal 48 to 80 Vdc power source. The continuous motor torque is fully programmable, with the Continuous Torque Limit parameter. The peak motor torque, which is used during times of acceleration and deceleration, is fully programmable with the Peak Torque Limit parameter. These programmable torque settings make the SV Servos suitable for a wide range of applications.
The SV Intergraded Servos contain Dual EtherNet ports that support DLR configuration. This Servo has four 12 to 24Vdc inputs that can be configured for Limits, Home, and Registration. You can order the units with STO (Safe Torque Off) functionality (this reduces the configurable inputs to 2 as input 3 and 4 are then reserved for the safe torque off inputs). The SV servo units can be ordered with a 24Vdc Electromechanical holding brake which applies 1.5Nm of holding torque (24V must be applied to release the brake).
In addition, AMCI offers EDS files (Electronic Data Sheet) and Sample Programs to help integrate the Servo into your control system.
