AMCI’s Space Saving, Smart Electric Linear Actuators

Transform your factory with AMCI’s space-saving, smart electric linear actuators, when paired with AMCI’s integrated motors, you get a complete package that is ready to be installed into your machine. Unlike other products that require a separate software package for configuration or operation, AMCI’s PLC based products are programmed using your PLC’s software - nothing new to buy or learn!

These actuators can be paired with the AMCI SMD Integrated Stepper motors or the SV Integrated Servo motors. When these actuators are paired with a AMCI SMD stepper motor, it provides you with an alternative solution to a servo with all the move capabilities at a lower cost. If you need that extra servo performance, but do not have a CIP motor processor, there is also the option to have the AMCI SV series servo motor.

There are two series available:

• The L3 Series which has either 10mm (coarse) or 3mm(fine) pitch and stroke lengths of 50,100,150,200,300, and 400mm.
• The L4 Series which has either 12.7mm(coarse) or 5mm(fine) pitch and lengths of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600mm.

Speeds can be as high as 500mm/sec for the SMD Stepper and up to 700MM/sec for the SV servo units. There are also a wide range of accessories, Trunnions, Swivel Flanges, Rod Ends and Mounting kits for these units.

AMCI offers EDS files (Electronic Data Sheet) and Sample Programs to help integrate the Linear Actuators integrated motor into your control system.
